What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund of your $25 deposit
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund (deposit forfeited)
How should I prepare for junk removal day?
To ensure a smooth and efficient junk removal, please:
- Point out items: Have all items you want removed clearly identified and accessible
- Clear pathways: Ensure hallways, stairs, and doorways are obstacle-free for safe removal
- Secure parking: Reserve a parking spot near your property for our trailer

When and how do I pay?
You'll pay a $25 deposit when booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due after the junk removal is completed and you're satisfied with our work. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Your final price is based on the volume of junk removed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! Junk Brothers is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance to protect your property during junk removal. While we take every precaution to handle the removal process with care, our insurance provides peace of mind.
What items do you take?
We remove almost anything! Furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, construction debris, yard waste, hot tubs, exercise equipment, and more. We cannot take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos), tires, or items requiring special disposal permits. If you're unsure, just ask—we're happy to clarify.
